Ingredients:
2 big tomatoes (chopped)
1 egg (beaten)
4 leaves of iceberg lettuce (sliced)
½ cucumber (chopped)
1 teaspoon butter
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon pepper (crushed)
¼ cup parsley
Methods:
--> Heat the butter in a pan. Add tomatoes and sauté for a minute. Add the beaten egg and mix thoroughly. Add pepper powder and salt and sauté for a couple of minutes. Remove from fire and mix well with cucumber and mayonnaise. Spread the sliced iceberg lettuce on a plate. Spoon the tomato egg mixture on top of this. Garnish with parsley.
